Welcome to RedKnots. By using our Muslim wedding planning services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Services Provided

RedKnots specializes in Muslim wedding planning, offering services such as venue selection, catering, decoration, photography, and more. All services are tailored to meet the cultural and religious preferences of our clients.

2. Booking & Payment

a. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment of the required deposit.

b. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to the event date.

• Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.

c. Payment Methods
We accept cash or bank transfers.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Cancellation by the Client

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, 40% of the total cost will be charged.

b. Cancellation by RedKnots

• In rare cases, we may need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.

c. Rescheduling

• Requests to reschedule must be made at least 30 days in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information regarding event requirements.

• Ensuring all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the event.

• Maintaining communication and responding to inquiries promptly.

• Notifying us of any changes to the event details as soon as possible.

5. Vendor and Third-Party Services

We collaborate with trusted vendors and third-party service providers to deliver certain aspects of your wedding. While we carefully vet our partners, RedKnots is not liable for any issues arising from their services. Clients may be subject to additional terms from these providers.

6. Liability

RedKnots will not be held liable for:

• Events outside of our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.

• Damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings during the event.

• Any injuries or accidents occurring at the event venue.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services.

7. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify services or make necessary adjustments to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated to the client promptly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and designs provided by RedKnots, including but not limited to brochures, proposals, and website content, are the intellectual property of RedKnots and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or used without our explicit consent.

9. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
